Administrators can gauge the engagement in their Tradewing community through the Analytics page found on the Admin Site. By accessing metrics on posts, comments, and user activity, administrators can gain insights into how effectively the community is communicating among its members.
You can do this using the following steps:
1) Navigate to the Admin Site of your Tradewing community.
2) Click "Analytics"
3) In your Analytics Community Dashboard, you can adjust the date range for all data shown. The Community Engagement chart measures the total number of community posts, comments, and reactions for a selected period.
4) Choose from last 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, or a custom date range.
5) You can adjust the chart view by Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
6) If you're unsure what "Active Users" or "New Users" means, hover over the "i" for brief description. The Active Users chart displays the number of users who visit the site at least once during the selected time period.
7) The New Users chart displays the number of users who have activated their account during the selected time period.
8) The Most Engaged Community Users chart displays the top 10 most engaged users during the selected time period (not including admins). A contribution is defined as a "post or a comment in the community." Click on a person's name to open their community profile page.
9) Scroll down to the bottom of a person's community profile page to see their "Recent Activity"
We suggest taking a look at the Analytics page a couple of times each month. It’s a great way to keep an eye on engagement, email digests, and the users who are actively participating in the platform.
