A Company Account Owner from a Sponsor Company receives an invitation from an association's administrator to join Tradewing. They will get an email invitation and must enter their login credentials to complete the account creation process. Once they log in, they can set up the branding for the sponsor page and interact with members based on their sponsorship tier.
1) Log in to your Tradewing account with your login credentials.
2) Click the profile icon on the upper right corner of the screen, and go to the "Company Profile."

6) Navigate to the right side of the screen, and click Privacy. From there, you can change who can see your company's information details.
- Anyone with the link to your sponsor page can view these details, even if they do not have a Tradewing account.
- Logged in Users are individuals with active Tradewing accounts, regardless of whether they are designated as members of the association.

8) In the Description tab, provide an overview of your company, including its mission, values, products, or services, and what makes it unique compared to competitors. This section helps you share your brand story and connect with potential customers or partners. Use clear language and include keywords to make it easier for users to understand your company.
You can also include images about your company so users can better visualize your offerings and culture. Relevant images might include photos of your team in action, your physical location, or examples of your products and services.
9) Following that, you can add and invite admins to your sponsor page, allowing them to create their own Tradewing accounts. This feature is particularly beneficial for distributing responsibilities and ensuring effective management of your sponsor page. To add a new admin, simply click the blue plus sign icon located under the People tab.
10) You can select from the list of currently logged-in users within the association. Simply click on the "Search People to Add" option and enter their name to find them.
11) Choose the role of the Page Admin so they can make changes to your sponsor page. Additionally, you may choose a user role that limits their capabilities to view-only access, which restricts them from making any changes but allows them to stay informed about the sponsor page's activities.
12) If the individual does not already have a Tradewing account, you can click on "Add New User." This action will trigger an invitation email to be sent to them, allowing them to create their account.
13) Enter the individual's First Name, Last Name, and Account Email address for the person you wish to add.
14) In the People tab, you can view the current administrators and users associated with your sponsor company. If you wish to remove someone, simply click the "x" icon located on the right. Additionally, you can modify their role by selecting a different option from the dropdown menu.
15) Once you have configured the admin settings, you can proceed to create a post on your discussion board. This post will be visible to users when they visit your sponsor page. Select the Discussion tab, then click on the "Post a message in the community" option to share your thoughts.
16) We suggest creating a welcome post that users will encounter upon visiting your sponsor page. This not only invites them to explore your discussion board but also encourages them to engage by posting any questions or sharing their insights.
Once you have completed the previous steps, your sponsor page is now fully set up and ready to engage with users.
