This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to update your email notification preferences from your association, and the groups you are a part of. Here you will learn how to unsubscribe from the daily or weekly digest emails.
1) To access the "Edit Your Profile" section, simply click on your profile picture or initials.
2) Select the Notifications tab to explore the various sections available for configuration.
3) Here you will find the option to opt out of all emails from your association. This means you can choose not to receive any further communications, including event announcements, and updates related to your assocation. To do this, turn on the radio button indicating your preference, and confirm your choice. Please note that opting out may limit your access to important information regarding your association, so consider this option carefully before proceeding.
4) Click on the dropdown next to the group you wish to update notification settings for.
- Off: You will not receive any email notifications from this group.
- Realtime: Receive immediate email notifications whenever there is an update in that group, such as a new post or comment.
- Daily: Enjoy a recap email each morning that summarizes the updates from the previous day in that group.
- Weekly: Receive an email on Thursday or Friday that highlights the updates from the past week in that group.
5) After selecting your preferred notification option from the dropdown menu, a green pop-up message will appear to confirm that your settings have been successfully updated.
