Posts in the community are moderated by administrators of your association to ensure that discussions remain respectful, relevant, and in line with community guidelines. This moderation helps to maintain a healthy environment where all members can participate freely and safely. However, if you come across any posts that you believe violate these guidelines, such as hate speech, harassment, spam, or inappropriate content, you have the option to report them.  1\) To report a post, question, poll or comment, click on the three dots to the right of the post.   ![](https://support.tradewing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-05-41-5412-PM.png?width=688&height=417&name=image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-05-41-5412-PM.png)   2\) Click "Report this post" from the dropdown menu. If you are an admin, you can also edit or delete posts.   ![](https://support.tradewing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-06-21-7675-PM.png?width=688&height=417&name=image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-06-21-7675-PM.png)   3\) Click "Report post" from the pop-up window.   ![](https://support.tradewing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-07-04-5483-PM.png?width=688&height=417&name=image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-07-04-5483-PM.png)   4\) You can report comments in the same way.   ![](https://support.tradewing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-07-51-7719-PM.png?width=688&height=417&name=image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-07-51-7719-PM.png)   5\) Click "Report this comment" from the dropdown menu.   ![](https://support.tradewing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-08-25-1712-PM.png?width=688&height=417&name=image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-08-25-1712-PM.png)   6\) Click "Report comment"   ![](https://support.tradewing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-09-29-8659-PM.png?width=688&height=417&name=image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-09-29-8659-PM.png)   7\) You'll see a green pop-up box at the bottom of the page confirming that the comment or post has been reported.   ![](https://support.tradewing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-10-16-7205-PM.png?width=688&height=417&name=image-png-Oct-21-2024-06-10-16-7205-PM.png) - [Getting Started](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/getting-started) - [People](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/people) - [Tradewing AMS - Admin Site](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/tradewing-ams-admin-site#main-content) - [Website Builder](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/tradewing-ams-admin-site#website-builder) - [Membership Types](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/tradewing-ams-admin-site#membership-types) - [Community - Admin Site](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/community-admin-site) - [Groups](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/groups) - [Events](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/events#main-content) - [Videoconferencing Feature in Tradewing](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/events#videoconferencing-feature-in-tradewing) - [Profile and Personal Settings](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/profile-and-personal-settings) - [Community Engagement](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/community-engagement) - [Sponsorships](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/sponsorships#main-content) - [For Sponsors](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/sponsorships#for-sponsors) - [Settings](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/settings) - [For Members](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/for-members) - [Companies](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/companies) - [Integrations](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/integrations) - [Analytics](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/analytics) - [Intuto Learning Management System](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/intuto-learning-management-system) - [Tradewing LLC Mobile App](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/tradewing-llc-mobile-app) - [Financials](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/financials#main-content) - [Invoicing and Receipts](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/financials#invoicing-and-receipts) - [Other Items](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/financials#other-items) - [Promo Codes](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/financials#promo-codes) - [Shopping Cart](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/shopping-cart) - [Communications](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/communications) - [Meetings](https://support.tradewing.com/knowledge-base/meetings) - [Our Product](http://www.tradewing.com/terms-of-service) - [Customer Stories](http://www.tradewing.com/terms-of-service) - [Why Tradewing](http://www.tradewing.com/terms-of-service) [![Chill listening crop-3](https://support.tradewing.com/hs-fs/hubfs/27618f99-a855-4f4e-9a9c-9aa895c37630.png?width=22&height=24&name=27618f99-a855-4f4e-9a9c-9aa895c37630.png "Chill listening crop-3")](https://www.tradewing.com/) Tradewing Knowledge Base Copyright © 2025, Tradewing LLC
