1) Users can report a post by clicking the dropdown menu and selecting "Report." Click on the three dots to Edit, Delete or Report a post.
2) Click "Report this post" to flag it for moderation.
3) Click "Report post" on this pop if you're sure you want to report it. Reported posts will automatically send an email to the online community's admins.
4) You can also simply "Edit" or "Delete" your own posts, and Admins can edit and delete other users' posts as well. Any member of your community will have the ability to report any content for moderation.
5) Click "Delete"
6) Once a piece of content is pending moderation, it will no longer be visible within the community until it is approved by an Admin. As an admin, if you see a post pending moderation in the community feed, you can reject or approve it right there on the post.
7) Or you can go to the Admin Site to see all moderated content, both pending and rejected.
8) Click "Community"
9) Click "Moderation"
10) Under Pending, you can see the content, author, and more information about the reported post or comment.
11) From there, you can click on "Approve" or "Reject" reported content.
12) Under Rejected, you can see past moderated content, including posts that were deleted after being reported.
