1) Click "All Groups"
2) This page shows all groups you can join, are already joined, and a few that are visible but you need to ask an admin to add you to the group.
Click "Join" to join a group.
3) To leave a group, click "Joined."
4) Click "Leave" to leave the group from the All Groups page.
5) The group you joined will now show on the lefthand menu under All Groups for easy access.
6) To edit group email notifications, click this icon from within the group page. This will allow you to manage how often you want to get an email when another group member posts or comments in the group.
7) Click "Manage My Notifications"
8) Click from this dropdown to select either Off, Realtime, Daily, or Weekly digest preference.
9) Click "Save"
