This article will guide you through editing and saving your code of conduct
1) To begin, access the admin site and proceed to the General Settings. Here, you will locate the User Agreements tab, which contains the Code of Conduct.
2) Access the User Agreements tab, where you will find the Code of Conduct, Privacy Policy, and Terms and Conditions associated with your organization. It is important to note that the Code of Conduct is the sole document that administrators can mandate users to sign during the Tradewing signup process.
3) To modify the Code of Conduct, simply click "Edit" next to it. This will allow you to either upload a new document or make updates to your existing Code of Conduct to better align with your organization’s specific requirements.
4) At the bottom of the editing interface, you will find various formatting options available to enhance your document. These include the ability to apply bold or italic styles, utilize numbering and bullet points, adjust page alignment, and insert hyperlinks to relevant URLs, should you have a code of conduct or user agreement hosted on your website. Additionally, you can utilize the heading dropdown menu to assign different headings throughout the agreement, ensuring clarity and organization.
5) To conclude, you have the option to select the checkbox that mandates users to sign the Code of Conduct. This will trigger a pop-up notification when they create their account within your Tradewing association.
6) To finalize your changes, please ensure you click "Save" to confirm that all modifications have been successfully recorded.
