      How do I add a sponsor company in Tradewing?

      This article provides a detailed step-by-step process for adding sponsors.

      Sponsor companies in Tradewing are created by the association's admin. Once the sponsor page has been created by the admins, they can designate a Company Account Owner who can personalize the sponsor page to align with the company’s branding and needs.

       

      1) Go to the "Admin Site."

       

       

      2) Click "Companies"

       

       

      3) Click "Add Company"

       

       

      4) Enter Company information. The only required information is the Company Name.

       

       

      5) Toggle on the the section that asks if a company is a sponsor.

       

      6) Click "Add Company" when finished.

       

       

      7) Click this button to add profile photo.

       

       

      8) Click "Add Cover Photo" to add a cover photo for the company page.

       

       

      9) Scroll down to About us and click "Edit" to add a description.

       

       

      10) Click "Add an image or file" to promote your company's product or services.

       

       

      11) Click "Save"

       

       

      12) To add people to the company page, click the "People" tab

       

       

      13) Click this button to add people. You will need to designate a Company Account Owner to manage the page. This individual will also be able to add page admins who will have access to the sponsor page.

       

       

      Note: Once your vendor has updated and completed their sponsor page, we recommend you make an announcement post on the community welcoming and linking their company page.

       

      Example posts:

      1. We are excited to announce that we have partnered with (Vendor) to bring our community members excellent _____. Join me in welcoming (vendor) as a (SKU) partner on the platform

      2. We’re excited to announce that [Sponsor Name] has joined our community as a sponsor! [Sponsor Name] is a well-respected company in the [industry] industry, and we’re thrilled to have them on board. Be sure to check out their [products/services] and show your support!

      3. Attention all members: [Sponsor Name] is now a sponsor of our community! This is a great opportunity for us to work with a respected company in the [industry] industry and gain access to their [products/services]. Let’s give them a warm welcome and show our support!

      4. We have some exciting news to share: [Sponsor Name] has partnered with us as a sponsor of our community! This is a fantastic opportunity for us to collaborate with a leading company in the [industry] industry and gain access to their [products/services]. Please join us in welcoming them and showing your support!
