This article will provide step-by-step instructions on how to download or export a list of group members
1) Go into the Groups tab located within the Community section of the Admin Site.
2) Choose the group from which you would like to export the list of its members.
3) Upon selecting the group, you will access the administrative interface, which includes various sections for managing the group. These sections encompass settings, subgroups, members, and the option to hide the group. To view the complete list of members in the selected group, simply click on the Members tab.
4) To initiate the download of the complete list of members, locate the ellipses icon situated to the right of the Add button. Next, select the download option to proceed.
5) After you select the download option, a pop-up message will appear to inform you that the process of exporting your group members is currently underway.
6) The exported file containing the group's member list will be sent to the email address linked to your account. Once you receive the email, click on the Download Export File button to begin the download process.
Note: The export file contains a list of user IDs, first names, last names, user emails, group name, group ID, and the date each user was added to the group.
