How do I send a direct message in the sponsor dashboard?

This article summarizes how sponsors can directly message association members in the sponsor dashboard.

Sponsors at the upgraded sponsorship tiers can engage with members by responding to direct messages. This feature facilitates interactions between sponsors and members, increasing sponsors' visibility in the Tradewing platform. To respond to direct messages, follow the steps bellow:

 

1) Log into your association's online community. You will land on your sponsorship dashboard page.

 

2) Click the chat bubble icon on the top right hand corner to open and read new and existing direct messages. You'll see a red 1, 2 or 9+ indicating the number of unread messages.

 

 

3) Click on your new unread messages or past read messages from the left hand bar

 

 

4) Review messages and begin typing your message when ready. Once complete, simply hit ‘Enter’ on your keyboard or click the blue ‘paper airplane’ icon to the right of your message:

 

 

Tip: To ensure you do not miss any private messages, navigate to the top right corner of your Sponsor Page and click on your initials bubble or photo, if you’ve uploaded one.

 

 

5) Click "Edit your Profile"

 

 

6) Click "Notifications"

 

 

7) Scroll down and click here to verify that ‘Private Message’ digests are turned on. This ensures you receive an email every time you're sent a new private direct message.
