Where to Set Dates

When assigning a sponsorship:

• Go to Sponsors → Sponsor List
• Click Assign Sponsorship Tier

How It Works

Default Values

• Start Date = Today
• End Date = +1 year

You can modify both fields as needed.

What You Can Do

• Create short-term sponsorships (e.g., 3 months)
• Set long-term agreements
• Backdate sponsorships
• Extend existing contracts

Validation Rules

• Start Date is required
• End Date is required
• End Date must be after or equal to Start Date

How Status Is Determined

• Active: Today falls within the date range
• Upcoming: Start date is in the future
• Expired: End date is in the past
