Navigating the Tradewing LLC Mobile App

This article walks you through the app interface after logging in, highlighting the main features and settings you can access via the Menu tab.

Mobile App

The current version of our mobile app is designed for member use only — but we’re actively working on expanding its features, including admin functionality, in future updates. 

Through the app, members can stay connected without needing a computer and have quick access to discussions, events, and members. Push notifications mean faster replies and better attendance, encouraging real-time participation — at conferences, during commutes, or in moments of downtime.



1) Once you're logged in, tap the Menu icon located at the top left of your screen. This will open up the navigation drawer with all the modules and settings.

 

2) The mobile app gives you easy access to your member site, with core modules such as the Community, Member Directory, Events, Sponsors and Partners, which may be supplemented by other pages made through the Website Builder.

  • Community: Join discussions, post updates, and interact with other members. 
  • Member Directory: Search and view profiles of other members in your organization.
  • Events: View upcoming events, register, and add them to your calendar.
  • Sponsors and Partners: Browse sponsor profiles and learn more about the partners supporting your association.

 

3) Use the mobile app’s instant messaging feature to stay connected. To access it, go to any page outside of the Community (e.g. Member Directory, Events, Sponsors and Partners, etc.) and tap the message bubble icon located below the Notification bell in the upper-right corner.

 

4)  Send private 1:1 messages or create group chats with multiple users. 

5) At the bottom of the Menu, you can find access settings and app controls.

  • Moderation: (Only visible to admins/moderators) Review flagged content and manage community posts.
  • Notification Settings: Choose which notifications you’d like to receive via push notifications.

NOTE: Notification settings on the mobile app are managed separately from the website.

  • Contact Support: Reach out to the support team directly from the app.
  • Change Password: Update your login password securely.
  • Sign Out: Tap here to log out of your account.
