This article provides a step-by-step instruction on how you can create a scheduled post
Creating a post in Tradewing is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly. You can choose from three types of posts: a message, a question, or a poll. While you can publish posts in real-time, you also have the flexibility to schedule your posts for a later time, allowing you to tailor your communication to suit your needs. In this article, we will guide you through the steps to create a scheduled post within your community.
1) Navigate to your community site, here you will find all the posts that were made in the past arranged in chronological order. To start making a post, click on "Post a message to the community" box.
2) Choose the specific category for your post that best suits your message.
3) After completing the fields for the title, description, post settings, and tags, proceed by clicking on the "Schedule for Later" option. From there, you can select your desired date and time for the post to be published.
4) If the suggested times do not align with your schedule, you can easily select a time that suits you better. Simply click on "Set Custom Time" and enter your preferred date and time for publication.
5) When you are content with the selected time, simply click on "Set Schedule" to confirm your chosen publication time.
6) You will see the selected time displayed at the bottom of the post box; then, click on "Schedule Post" to confirm and finalize your posting schedule.
7) Upon successfully scheduling your post, a confirmation message will appear at the bottom of your screen, indicated by a green pop-up notification.
8) If you wish to edit your post, adjust its scheduled timing, or decide to publish it immediately, you can easily do so by accessing the scheduled posts and drafts section.
9) To manage your drafted post, simply click on the ellipses located at the corner, where you will have the option to edit, publish immediately, or delete the draft as needed.
