1) To remove membership from an individual, navigate to the Admin site of your Community (only visible if you have Admin permissions) by clicking on "Admin Site" from the upper right dropdown menu.
2) Click into the "People" field to type in the name or email of the individual you would like to edit.
3) Click on their name from the list to open their admin site profile.
4) Click this icon to edit their account settings.
5) Click "Edit Account"
6) Click on this dropdown to edit their membership status.
7) Click "Save Changes"
8) By deactivating a user, you remove their access to the. entire community and they are no longer able to log in. The process is similar. To get started, navigate to the "People" table of the Admin Site.
9) Type in the user's name or email into the "People" field.
10) Click on the user's name.
11) Click this icon.
You can view all deactivate users in your Tradewing community by clicking into "Account Status" and selecting "Deactivated" from the People table.
