How to Invite and Customize the Email for Community Members

1) To access the admin site, click on your profile photo in the top righthand corner. 

 

 

2) Click "Admin Site."

 

 

3) In the People section, you can select users in batches. Use the filters at the top of the page to see users with various account statuses and/or membership statuses.

You can also select individuals or groups of users by using the checkboxes next to their names.

 

 

4) Click  Account Status to filter results.

 

 

5) Click Member Status to filter by members or non-members.

 

 

6) Click the box to select all users listed in the filtered search.

 

 

7) Once you've made your selections, click "Bulk Invite."

 

 

8) You'll be shown how many people will be invited for the first time and/or receive a re-invite email.

 

 

9) Click into the subject line or body field to edit the invite email text.

 

 

10) We recommend that you send yourself a test email to ensure the invite email appears the way you would like it to appear. Click "Send yourself a Test Email."

 

 

11) When you’re ready to send the invites, click "Send [#] Invite."

 



Congratulations! You just invited your members to Tradewing!

 

Edit Default Invite Email

 

1) To edit the default bulk email, click "General Settings"

 

 

2) Click "Email Settings"

 

 

3) Click "Edit"

 

 

4) Make your desired edits. Click "Save Changes"
