This article provides an overview of promotion banners and how sponsors can customize them on their dashboards.
Promotion Banners are virtual advertisements sponsors use to promote their brand, product, or services to members. Certain promotion banners feature exclusive, limited-time offers, discounts, or special promo codes to engage and attract members. In their dashboards, sponsors can customize how their banners look to association users. Two distinct types of promotion banners are available to sponsors in Tradewing: the Sponsor Page Promotion Banner and the Event Promotion Banner.
Sponsor Page Promotion Banner
The Sponsor Page Promotion Banner is displayed on the right side of the sponsor's page when members visit. To create this type of promotion page, refer to the steps below:
1) Log in to your Tradewing account and navigate to the Sponsor Dashboard. From there, select the Promotion tab located on the left side of the sponsor page screen.
2) Under Promotions, click "Edit" on the Sponsor Page Promotion Banner.
3) Provide the required information for your promotion banner.
- Promotion Header -The title that will appear on your promotion banner. It should be a captivating headline designed to grab the reader's attention.
- Promotion Text - Includes the specifics of your promotion banner, such as promotional codes, discount offers, or guidelines on how members can avail of your company's offerings.
- Button Text - Promotion banners include an option to display a clickable button that directs users to a specific link when selected. You can customize what will show up on these buttons to match your brand and marketing strategy.
- Button Link - Enter the URL where you would like to direct your viewers when they click on the button.
You may also upload an image to enhance visual appeal and attract users' attention.
4) Once you have uploaded the images and completed the required fields, you can save it without publishing. This will preview how the promotion banner will appear to viewers before it is officially published.
5) After reviewing your draft, if you feel ready to publish, click Publish. This will indicate that the visitors to your sponsor page can now see it on their end.
6) Here’s how your promotion banner will appear from the user's perspective. You can tailor the content to align with your company’s seasonal promotions, digital marketing initiatives, or new product launches.
Event Promotion Banner
The Event Promotion Banner appears on the association's event page when your company is designated as a sponsor for that particular event. This will allow your company to be featured on the event page that attendees can see, increasing your brand's visibility.
Note: If you wish to be a sponsor for the association's event, contact your administrator.
1) Go to the Sponsor Dashboard, click on Promotions in the left panel, and select Edit for the Event Promotion Banner.
2) Complete the required fields with the relevant information for your event promotion banner.
- Promotion Header -The title that will appear on your promotion banner. It should be a captivating headline designed to grab the reader's attention.
- Promotion Text - Includes the specifics of your promotion banner, such as promotional codes, discount offers, or guidelines on how members can avail of your company's offerings.
- Lead Generation Button Text - This button, when clicked, will collect the viewer's information and add it to the sponsor's leads database. You can personalize the button's display text so it aligns with your branding.
- Secondary Button Text -This button text can be utilized to redirect attendees to your website, and showcase your products. You can modify its appearance to be in line with your branding.
- Secondary Button Link - Provides the URL to which you would like attendees to be directed upon clicking the secondary button.
You can also upload an image to enhance visual appeal and attract users' attention.
3) After entering all the required information, you have the option to save your changes without publishing. This allows you to preview how the event promotion banner will appear to attendees before making it live.
4) If you believe you are ready to publish, click the Publish button to make it live.
5) To preview how the banner will appear on the event page, simply navigate to the Events section and select the specific event you are sponsoring. The promotion banner will be displayed on the right side of the event page.
