How do I register for an event if I do not have a Tradewing account?
This article explains how to register for a public event held in Tradewing for non-Tradewing users.
Events in Tradewing can be set to public so that non-members and non-Tradewing users can view the event tickets. This feature is designed to allow a broader audience to participate in events hosted by various associations. However, it is important to note that for events set to public, non-Tradewing users must create an account to purchase he event ticket. This requirement is in place to ensure that Tradewing can effectively manage attendance and maintain accurate records of all event participants. Additionally, having a registered account helps facilitate communication between the event organizers and attendees, ensuring that all necessary information, updates, and reminders can be shared efficiently.
1) Access the event link provided by your admin.

2) Select the "Register" button to begin your registration.

3) Click sign in to create an account. As mentioned, non-Tradewing users must create an account to purchase an event ticket for public events, to ensure that Tradewing can effectively manage attendance and maintain accurate records of all event participants.

4) Provide the required information in the fields provided. After you have entered all the necessary details, click the "Sign Up" button. This action will enable you to create your account on Tradewing.

5) You will receive a verification link in your email inbox. Please check your email for a message from the association.

6) After receiving the email, click the "Verify my account" button to complete the activation process.

7) You will be directed to create a password. After confirming your password, click Activate My Account.

7) Once your account has been activated, your account information will be confirmed, as well as popups to confirm your agreement with your association's code of conduct and privacy policy, if any. Upon successfully logging in, select the ticket you wish to purchase from the available options.

8) Click Yes, register me if you are one of the guests you are registering for the event.

9) Afterwards, click Proceed to Registration.

10) To register yourself for a ticket, click Register me. This action will automatically fill the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields for you.

11) Click Save to save the pertinent information for your ticket.

12) Once you have saved your information, click Complete Registration.

13) This will prompt you to confirm the contents of your shopping cart before clicking Proceed to Checkout.

14) You'll be led to your Order History. You can either view your registration for the ticket, or download your receipt. Upon Clicking View Registration, you'll be directed to an overview of all your registrations for the event.

15) Click View Ticket to access your ticket.


16) You may also download your receipt. Clicking Download will save a pdf file of the receipt on your device.
