Configuring Intuto LMS Courses in Tradewing
This article outlines how to fetch courses from Intuto LMS, configure enrollment registration details, manage audience settings, and publish courses on Tradewing.
1. Sign in to your Intuto account and select a template for the course you intend to create.

2. Configure the content of the course and hit the publish button as soon as you're all set up.

3. Once you're all set up, publish the course in Intuto.
NOTE: You can fetch a course from Intuto LMS into Tradewing only after the course has been published.

4. Go to the Integrations tab and select Intuto Learning Management System.

6. Click the Fetch Courses button.
NOTE: The sync runs automatically every day at 7:00 a.m. ET. To run it immediately, select this button; the courses will appear within a few minutes.

7. In the Admin Site, open the Events tab and select the Learning subtab. You will see the course you created listed in Draft status.

8. To configure the course, including registration and audience visibility, click the course name. From there, you can adjust basic information, registration settings, audience visibility, and other details.

You can set enrollment registration to Open or Ticketed. Open enrollment allows all eligible users (based on audience visibility settings) to access the course without purchasing an enrollment ticket.

If you select the Ticketed option, you will be able to create multiple ticket types.

9. You can configure the audience settings depending on who you want to have access to the courses.
-
Anyone – The general public can enroll in the course, but each person must create a Tradewing account to complete enrollment.
-
Members of Specific Groups – Only members of the specific groups you choose will be able to view and enroll in the course.
-
Any Logged-In User – Any user who is signed into a Tradewing account, whether a member or non-member, will be able to view and enroll in the course.
-
Users with Member Status – Only users who have member status can view and enroll in the course.
-
Specific People – Only the individuals you explicitly designate will be able to access the course.

10. Once you're all done with the setup, hit the publish button. Then, your course will be tagged as active and available for enrollment registration in the Member Site.

11. To view the course you configured, go to the Member Site, open the Learning tab, select the Courses tab in the left-hand menu, and scroll through the list to locate your course.
