Configure Recipients for Sponsor Upgrade Requests

Admins can define who receives email notifications when a sponsor requests an upgrade.

The support email for Tradewing (support@tradewing.com) is the default destination for sponsor upgrade requests that are initiated from the sponsor dashboard. Whenever a sponsor clicks the Upgrade button, an automated email is generated and sent to this address so that your team is notified and can follow up directly with the sponsor.

These emails are most commonly triggered in two situations within the sponsor dashboard experience:

  • When a sponsor clicks the Upgrade Sponsor Prompt or “Upgrade Now” call-to-action, indicating interest in moving to a higher sponsorship tier or unlocking additional benefits.

  • When a sponsor attempts to access leads that are only available to premium or top-tier sponsors.

In both cases, Tradewing captures the sponsor’s intent and routes a request to support@tradewing.com by default. You can now configure who receives these emails in the Admin Site.
