Accessing your Tradewing Account via Web

This article shows how you can easily access your Tradewing account, depending on how your association's community is set up.

Your First Steps on Tradewing

To join your Tradewing community, you’ll first need to be added as a user by your association’s admin.
Once you’ve been added, an invitation will be sent to the email address associated with your membership.

The steps to log in for the first time will depend on whether your association uses Single Sign-On (SSO) through their Member Portal or Association Management Software (AMS).

 

For Associations Not Using AMS
1) Check your email inbox for an activation email from Tradewing.



2) Click the activation link in the email.


3) Set your password and click Login to access your community.

 

4) Once you are redirected to Tradewing, confirm your details to finish setting up your account.

 

For Associations Using AMS
1) Check your email inbox for an activation email from Tradewing.

2) Click the activation link in the email.

3) You will be redirected to your AMS login page — enter your existing AMS credentials.

4) After logging in, you will be redirected back to Tradewing and ready to engage with your community.
